PHOTO DELIVERY

For properties going on the market FOR SALE standard photo delivery is 24-48 hours. I will do my best for next day delivery, but it is not guaranteed.

For rental properties (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) Standard delivery is 2-3 days.

Please allow an additional day for twilight photoshoots.

HOME PREPARATION

Home preparation should be completed prior to my arrival. Having the property photo ready will ensure you receive the highest quality images. I should not be expected to clean, move furniture, stage, wait for the cable guy to leave etc. I can make minor adjustment to improve the shot but other than that the space should be completely ready for photos on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Photoshoots cancelled with 48 hours’ notice will receive a FULL refund.

Cancellation within 48 hours will result in a 50% refund.

RESCHEDULING

If I have current availability and we can schedule a new time in the same day, there will be no charge for rescheduling.

If I do not have availability and the shoot must be rescheduled for a new day a $50 rescheduling fee would apply.

Rescheduling due to weather concerns will not be charged a rescheduling fee.

Photoshoots that need to be rescheduled must be rescheduled within 30 days of the original shoot date.

WEATHER CONCERNS

Weather can change in an instant! Especially during monsoon season.  If I’m onsite and it begins raining or there is a dust storm in which I won’t be able to get exterior shots without damaging my equipment, I can come back out at my earliest opportunity to shoot the exterior at no additional cost. This applies only to homes in the Phoenix metro area. Destination shoots will require a return fee.

For LIGHT rain, cloudy days etc. I can replace gloomy skies with blue skies via photoshop. However, there may be small signs of inclement weather i.e. wet surroundings, blown leaves etc. Any additional photoshop work other than sky replacement will incur additional costs.

If you want to reschedule for another day due to weather concerns, you can do that at no additional charge.  Any other reason for rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a $50 reschedule fee.

COPYWRITE AND PHOTO USAGE

Fine Line Photography retains the copywrite to ALL photos delivered to the client. The client may not give, share or sell the images to anyone. Including other Real Estate agents, staging companies, builders, Interior designers, or any other third party. If ANY third party is requesting use of the images please refer directly to Fine Line Photography as the images are protected by copy write law.

Once the bill is paid in full the client who purchased the license is granted usage rights to the images provided to market the property. Once that entity is no longer representing the property the license expires. You may not transfer images to the new property mgr.

Fine Line photography retains the right to use all images in their own marketing materials, portfolio, and reserves the right to license the images to third parties.

Commercial Clients and long-term usage: If you wish to use the images in perpetuity, please communicate this and we can discuss licensing options. This may include images for your website, print materials, and other long term uses.
